Kyros Solution Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth for e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on the jewellery category.
We are a performance-driven digital growth agency that works closely with jewellery and lifestyle brands, so we’re looking for someone who understands how to scale premium, design-led, and conversion-focused brands through paid media.
What you’ll do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Drive growth for e-commerce brands, especially jewellery-focused accounts
- Manage budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion, and profitable scaling
- Build and improve full-funnel strategies across acquisition, retargeting, and conversion
- Analyze campaign, audience, and creative performance to find growth opportunities
- Work closely with the creative team to test and scale winning ad concepts
- Support landing page and funnel improvement for better conversion performance
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or D2C brands
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands will be a strong advantage
- Based in Mumbai or open to working onsite
