Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategy
  • Plan and scale campaigns across Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads (secondary)
  • Manage and optimize monthly budgets with a focus on ROAS, CAC, MER, and contribution margin
  • Build full-funnel strategy (TOF, MOF, BOF) and improve conversion rates
  • Analyze performance deeply and take data-driven decisions
  • Lead creative direction with the design team (hooks, angles, testing roadmap)
  • Identify growth levers across ads, landing pages, and checkout funnel
  • Build reporting systems and track business-level KPIs (not just platform metrics)
  • Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning strategies
Must-have Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably D2C/e-commerce)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads scaling (₹5L+/month budgets preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads
  • Deep understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER, CVR, AOV, and attribution
  • Experience with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
  • Must be based in Mumbai or open to working onsite
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of creative testing and ad angles
  • Experience managing full funnel (TOF–BOF) strategies
  • Analytical mindset with ability to connect ads → revenue → profitability
  • Experience working with creative and content teams
