Comfort Click is looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to lead e-commerce growth across international markets. This role requires a strong understanding of full-funnel D2C performance marketing, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue scaling through paid and organic channels.
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in scaling ecommerce websites through Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO, and conversion-led growth strategies, while driving measurable business outcomes across UK, EU, or US markets.
This role will play a critical part in driving profitable growth, improving customer lifetime value, optimizing acquisition efficiency, and scaling digital revenue across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end performance marketing strategy for D2C ecommerce growth across international markets
- Scale website revenue and customer acquisition through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Retention Marketing
- Lead full-funnel growth campaigns across Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting, and CRM channels
- Manage and optimize large-scale monthly performance marketing budgets of $50K+ per month
- Drive growth metrics, including ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue contribution
- Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives through Klaviyo, automation flows, segmentation, personalization, and customer retention campaigns
- Improve ecommerce website performance through CRO, landing page experimentation, A/B testing, and audience optimization
- Ensure accurate attribution, analytics, and reporting through GA4, pixels, dashboards, and tracking frameworks
- Manage Google Merchant Center (GMC), product feeds, catalog optimization, and ecommerce integrations
- Collaborate closely with creative, product, tech, and content teams to improve campaign efficiency and customer journey
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, e-commerce trends, attribution models, and performance marketing best practices
- Lead and mentor a performance marketing team while driving execution, accountability, and campaign performance
Qualification
- 7–12 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing / E-commerce Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience
- Strong hands-on experience in scaling D2C ecommerce brands and driving website revenue growth
- Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns across the UK, EU, or US markets
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, Klaviyo, and E-commerce Growth Marketing
- Strong experience with Performance Max, Shopping Ads, Google Merchant Center (GMC), and GA4
- Proven track record of scaling paid media campaigns with strong ROAS and revenue outcomes
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred
- Strong understanding of attribution, retention marketing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
