Role Overview
We are looking for a Growth Architect to own our performance marketing end-to-end. You are not just a media buyer; you are a business driver responsible for scaling revenue, ensuring efficiency, and lowering CAC.
This is a hands-on role for someone who believes performance marketing is a systematic engineering problem. You will own the strategy, execution, and the final bottom line.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Scalable Acquisition: Lead and execute high-budget campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google (Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube).
- Full-Funnel Management: Track and optimize the entire user journey: Impression → Click → Landing Page → Cart → Payment.
- Data-Driven Scaling: Manage daily budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROAS and ROI while aggressively scaling the business.
- Technical Infrastructure: Own the setup and management of Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, Server-Side Tracking and conversion API to ensure 100% attribution accuracy.
- Creative Strategy: Write high-converting, direct-response ad copies and collaborate with designers to generate high-volume, scroll-stopping creatives.
- Rapid Testing Loops: Run daily experiments on audiences, creative hooks, and bidding to find winning combinations fast.
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 Years of Proven Growth: Hands-on experience scaling D2C or B2B brands at a meaningful scale (Monthly spend of ₹10L+).
- Analytical Mindset: You make decisions based on CAC, LTV, and MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), not just "vanity metrics" like clicks or likes.
- Technical Grit: Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel audits.
- Execution Speed: Able to move fast, iterate daily, and pivot strategies based on real-time data.
Bonus Points (The "Plus" Skills)
- CMS & CRO: Ability to edit or optimize landing pages on WordPress/Elementor or Shopify to improve conversion rates.
- Funnel Tools: Experience with Heatmaps (Microsoft Clarity/Hotjar) to identify user drop-offs.
- Automation: Knowledge of marketing automation (WhatsApp API, Email sequences, or CRM integrations).
What This Role Is NOT
- NOT a coordinator role for managing agencies. You will push the buttons.
- NOT for someone who waits weeks for algorithms to "learn" while losing money.
- NOT for someone who runs ads without taking responsibility for the business profit.
