Role Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead wih 3-4 years exp. working in high paced D2C environments to own the full revenue engine at Zippy. This role is responsible for scaling paid acquisition while building a robust retention system that improves LTV, repeat purchase, and lifecycle engagement. You will directly influence growth velocity, CAC efficiency, and revenue scalability.
Qualifications
• Own and manage paid media across Meta, Google, and YouTube
• Plan and deploy annual budgets up to ₹5 Cr
• Execute blitz scaling when signal stabilizes
• Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition systems
• Lead creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles
• Drive budget allocation decisions based on ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin
• Improve blended CAC through channel mix optimization
• Build and optimize CRM journeys across Email and WhatsApp & Push
• Drive cross-sell and upsell campaigns
• Own post-purchase engagement, win-back campaigns, and referral triggers
• Build segmentation logic based on user behavior
Must-Haves
• 3–4 years in fast-paced D2C environment
• Hands-on management of paid budgets up to ₹5 Cr annually
• Experience in high AOV categories ₹3,000+ preferred
• Strong understanding of creative testing and performance feedback loops
• Proven ability to scale from validation phase to growth phase
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
• Experience in kids’ toys or parenting category (is a plus)
