We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can be the engine that connects the two.
The RoleYou will own the day-to-day performance of paid media for our entire client portfolio across Meta and Google. This is a hands-on role — you'll be in the ad accounts every day, pulling the levers, watching the numbers, and translating what's working (and what isn't) back to our creative teams so they can ship better assets faster. What You'll DoDaily Reporting
- Produce daily performance reports across all client accounts on Meta and Google Ads
- Track spend, CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other client-specific KPIs against targets
- Flag wins, anomalies, and risks early so the team and the client never get caught off guard
- Maintain clean, repeatable reporting dashboards that scale as we add clients
Creative Analysis for the Creative Team
- Analyze creative performance daily — hooks, formats, lengths, thumbnails, copy, CTAs
- Build a clear, structured creative report that the creative teams can actually consume and act on
- Identify winning patterns and underperformers, and translate them into briefs the creative team can run with
- Partner with creative leads to shape the next batch of concepts, variations, and iterations
Daily Ad Ops Management
- Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across all client accounts
- Switch campaigns and ad sets on/off based on performance, learning phase, and client priorities
- Take new creatives live — upload, QA, set up naming conventions, and structure tests cleanly
- Run A/B and structured creative tests with clear hypotheses and success criteria
- Keep account hygiene tight — naming, structure, tracking, pixel/conversion setup, exclusions
What We're Looking For- 1–3 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads, ideally managing multiple accounts in parallel
- Strong fluency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — campaign structures, audiences, bidding, CBO/ABO, Performance Max, Search, YouTube
- Comfortable working with Google Analytics, GA4, and tracking/attribution setups
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills — pivot tables, lookups, clean reporting structures
- Sharp eye for creative — you can look at a set of ads and have a point of view on why some are winning
- Operationally disciplined: you love checklists, naming conventions, and not letting things slip through the cracks
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving agency environment with multiple clients and shifting priorities
