Role Description The Performance Marketing Lead is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across channels such as search, social, and email to drive enrollment in training programs and generate qualified leads for IT services. This role oversees performance marketing strategy, manages budgets, and monitors key metrics including ROI, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates. The Performance Marketing Lead collaborates with product, sales, and content teams to develop targeted campaigns, landing pages, and funnels aligned with business goals. Day-to-day activities include campaign setup, A/B testing, audience segmentation, marketing automation, and reporting on performance with actionable insights. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, refining targeting, and ensuring campaigns adhere to brand and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting, with proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency with analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, marketing automation platforms) and comfort working with data to guide decisions.
- Experience in funnel design, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing, including landing page optimization and audience segmentation.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO basics, content marketing alignment, and email marketing practices.
- Ability to develop and execute performance marketing strategies tied to clear KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and content teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications in digital or performance marketing are an advantage.
- Experience in EdTech, professional training, or IT services is beneficial, along with familiarity with agile or certification-driven programs.
• Strategy & growth — budget and channel mix tied to CAC, ROAS and MRR; full-funnel strategies for Academy lead-gen and IT Services B2B demand-gen.
• Paid media — Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube), Meta and LinkedIn; prospecting, remarketing and relentless A/B testing on hooks, creative and landing pages.
• SEO, organic & content — coordinate SEO/backlink strategy (building on our existing investment) and brief designers, copywriters and video partners.
• Measurement & CRM — GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM and server-side/first-party tracking; Looker Studio dashboards; lead scoring and lifecycle automation across Zoho CRM and WhatsApp (AiSensy) / email.
• Team, systems & AI — mentor early-career marketers, manage vendors, document SOPs, and use AI tools to do more with a lean team.
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years in performance / digital marketing, owning campaigns end to end with demonstrable ROAS or lead-growth results.
• Hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; fluent in GA4, conversion tracking and UTM discipline.
• Strong on CRO, landing pages and A/B testing.
• Analytical and decisive, with a bias for action.
• Experience building marketing systems — SOPs, dashboards, automation, CRM workflows.
• Excellent English and clear communication with founders and creative teams.
• A relevant masters degree or an equivalent track record
