About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Lead who can own and scale our entire customer acquisition engine. This is not just a campaign management role you will be directly responsible for driving growth, optimizing funnels, and impacting revenue.
You will work closely with the founders and take full ownership of performance across paid, organic, and partnership channels.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy and execution
Scale lead generation and customer acquisition across channels
Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) with strong focus on ROI
Build and optimize full-funnel journeys (impressions → clicks → conversions → retention)
Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and innovative acquisition hacks
Identify and execute high-impact partnerships and inorganic growth opportunities
Continuously improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall funnel efficiency
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance and reduce costs
Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to align growth efforts with business goals
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics with actionable insights
What We’re Looking For
6–7 years of experience in performance/growth marketing
Proven track record of scaling lead funnels in startups or consumer businesses
Deep expertise across paid, organic, and partnership-led growth channels
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in data-driven decision making
Obsession with metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and funnel optimization
Experience with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and AI-driven solutions
High ownership mindset with the ability to move fast and execute aggressively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
