About the Rol
Slikk is hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid acquisition engine across Meta, Google, app campaigns, and retargeting.
This role will be responsible for driving new users, first orders, CAC / CPNU efficiency, ROAS, and paid growth contribution. You’ll work closely with Growth, Creative, Category, Product, CRM, Analytics, and agency partners to build a high-velocity performance marketing system.
We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, numbers-driven, fast with execution, and comfortable operating in a high-growth consumer/fashion commerce environment.
What you will d
- Paid acquisition across Meta, Google, app campaigns, and retargeting
- New user growth, first orders, CAC / CPNU, ROAS, and contribution efficiency
- Daily budget pacing, campaign hygiene, and optimisation
- Campaign structures by audience, geo, funnel stage, category, and creative theme
- Creative testing pipeline with Brand/Creative teams
- Category-backed campaigns for drops, collections, hero SKUs, and sale events
- Funnel diagnosis across install → session → cart → order
- Weekly performance reporting with clear insights and actions
We’re looking
- f5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience in ecommerce, fashion, marketplace, D2C, quick commerce, or app-first businesses
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution, funnels, cohorts, and contribution
- Ability to work with Creative, Category, Product, CRM, Analytics, and agency partners
- High ownership, strong analytical thinking, and fast execution
Good to
- High-SKU/catalog campaign experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or marketplace brands
- Understanding of MMPs, Google Tag Manager, deep links, app events, and retargeting
- Experience scaling app-first acquisition and retargeting campaigns
