1⃣ Optimise every touchpoint in the customer journey — ad, landing page, sign-up flow, email
nurture, free trial. If there's a drop-off, fix it.
2⃣ Run the paid marketing funnel — Google Search, Meta, YouTube — with a conversion goal at
every stage. Awareness isn't enough. Clicks aren't enough. Paid subscribers are the goal.
3⃣ Generate revenue. Subscription revenue. Month on month. That's the KPI that matters.

We're building an AI-powered global healthcare operating system — tackling cost and access
barriers in the $4.2 trillion healthcare market. Our platform delivers real-time medical
breakthrough mapping, comprehensive diabetes care and reversal programs, international
pharmacy savings, and much more. We're building for 1billion+ people globally living with medical conditions like diabetes, heart problems, dental problems, and 30 more .... and they deserve better tools to manage their condition every day.
🔍 What you'll own:
→ Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta (FB+IG), and
YouTube
→ Own keyword research — identify high-intent, high-volume search terms and build negative
keyword lists to eliminate wasted spend
→ Write and test ad copy — headlines, CTAs, and creatives that stop the scroll and drive clicks
→ Build and optimise landing pages for conversion — A/B test headlines, CTAs, and layouts
until the numbers move
→ Manage the full acquisition funnel — impression → click → sign-up → free trial → paid
subscriber
→ Set up and manage retargeting audiences — bring back visitors who didn't convert the first
time
→ Build lookalike audiences from existing converters to scale what's working
→ Track, analyse, and report on CAC, CTR, ROAS, CPC, LTV, and funnel conversion rates —
weekly
→ Run email nurture sequences that move sign-ups from trial to paid
→ Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Hotjar to find drop-offs and fix them
💡 The skills that will make you exceptional here:
→ You understand that a click means nothing without a conversion — and a conversion means
nothing without retention
→ You can read a funnel report and immediately know which stage is leaking and why
→ You know the difference between a keyword match type and when to use each one→ You've set up a Meta Pixel, a GA4 event, or a UTM tracking structure — and you know why it
matters
→ You think in CAC and LTV — not just clicks and impressions
→ You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, automation platforms) to move faster — not as a
crutch, but as leverage
→ You are equally comfortable writing a campaign brief and pulling a pivot table from raw ad
data
💰 Compensation: 3-month paid internship at $250/month — with a full-time offer for those
