Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results driven Performance Marketing Lead with 6 – 10 years of hands on experience in running Meta Ad campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid Meta Ad campaigns across Facebook & Instagram to generate leads for our online courses.
- Manage targeting, retargeting, budgets, bidding, and scaling opportunities
- Monitor performance and improve key metrics such as CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Work with internal and external agencies to optimize landing pages and ad creatives to ensure optimal lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copies, and campaign strategies.
- Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and analytics tools.
- Prepare periodic reports with actionable insights and identify growth opportunities.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor the performance marketing team.
- Collaborate with management, sales, and creative teams to align with business goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Coaching / EdTech / Personal Development / Healing industry.
- Agency background is a strong plus.
- SEO & SEM expertise is an added advantage
- Experience in managing SEM strategies including Google Search campaigns, bidding strategies, and search intent optimization
