Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Lead based in Chennai. We are looking for a data-obsessed, hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale our digital sales engine from the ground up. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of paid media on our website and the strategic management of advertising tools on major marketplaces (Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon). This role requires a blend of technical platform mastery, agency management, and sharp business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- D2C Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize daily performance campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) to drive profitable sales on the company website.
- Marketplace Ad Mastery: Manage and monitor the Myntra Ad Platform (MAP) and Flipkart PLA/PCA dashboards. Use search analytics to identify keyword gaps and optimize "Always-on" campaigns.
- Agency Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external digital agencies. Set KPIs, audit their performance daily, and ensure they are not "padding" reports with vanity metrics.
- Full-Funnel Analytics: Build and maintain real-time dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, and RTO (Return to Origin) rates.
- System Building: Establish the "First 90 Days" process for creative testing, keyword harvesting, and budget pacing where none currently exist.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically for Fashion/Lifestyle e-commerce.
- Deep expertise in GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.
- Hands-on experience with Marketplace Seller Portals (Flipkart, Myntra Search Analytics).
- Ability to translate complex data into "Right Questions" for agencies and "Actionable Insights" for leadership.
