Role Description
The Performance Marketing Intern will be responsible for executing and optimizing our client's online advertising campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to drive conversions and maximize ROI across website, Android, and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite. They will possess excellent analytical skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for delivering results.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Google and Meta Ads campaigns for various platforms like website, Android, and iOS, leveraging Google Firebase for tracking and optimization.
- Utilise Google Analytics and Firebase to track user behaviour, app usage, and conversion metrics, providing insights to optimise marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts with product development, ensuring alignment between marketing objectives and technical capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics, utilising advanced data analytics techniques to derive actionable insights and optimise marketing strategies.
- Manage Google Ads budget allocation, ensuring maximum ROI across website, Android, and iOS platforms.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimise ad creatives, landing pages, and user experiences, driving higher conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing, recommending innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness and audience targeting.
- Act as a technical liaison between marketing and development teams, facilitating the implementation of tracking tags, event triggers, and other technical requirements for campaign optimization.
- Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with experience in Google Analytics, Firebase, and Meta Business Suite.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Google Ads certification and other relevant certifications in digital marketing and analytics are preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
