About the Role
We are looking for a creative, analytical, and proactive Performance Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in developing high-performing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content strategy, advertising, and data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with the performance marketing and creative teams to research trends, generate campaign ideas, analyze results, and contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and contribute creative content ideas for performance marketing and brand campaigns.
- Research and share high-quality content references, ad inspirations, and trending marketing creatives.
- Assist in script writing and content planning for ads, reels, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing strategies.
- Support campaign research, brainstorming, execution, and optimization initiatives.
- Analyze campaign reports to identify key insights and understand performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the creative and marketing teams to develop effective creative strategies.
- Help improve the quality and effectiveness of marketing creatives through research and feedback.
Requirements
- Experience: (06 Months-1 Year/Relevant Exposure)
- Strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, and social media advertising.
- Excellent research, communication, and creative thinking skills.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing funnels is a plus.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and current social media trends.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
