We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Intern (Unpaid | Entry Level)
Are you curious about digital advertising and data-driven marketing? We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn how paid campaigns work across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with real marketing campaigns, analytics, and performance optimization.

Duration: 3 Months
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Support keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation
• Track campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions
• Help prepare performance reports and dashboards
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies
• Work with the creative team to align ad creatives with campaign goals
Requirements
• Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts (PPC, CPM, CPC)
• Familiarity with Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager (theoretical knowledge is acceptable)
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with data
• Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Eligibility
• Graduates from any stream can apply
• Undergraduates must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their college
