Role Description
The Performance Marketing Intern will focus on supporting marketing initiatives to enhance online performance and business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include performance tracking, data analysis, assisting in implementing performance campaigns, monitoring campaign results, and supporting performance testing to achieve strategic goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, where you will collaborate with a team of innovative marketers and developers to execute targeted strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills for reporting and collaborating with team members
- Experience or interest in Performance Management and Testing to improve campaign efficiency
- Proficiency in Data Analysis to evaluate marketing performance and optimize strategies
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- A self-motivated attitude with a proactive approach to learning and contributing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (enrollment in a relevant program for internship candidates will also be considered)
- Prior coursework or internships in digital marketing and performance marketing are a plus
