Role Description
We are seeking a result-driven Performance Marketing Intern to join our team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role, where you will support performance marketing initiatives through market analysis, execution, and data-driven optimization. On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with the marketing team to develop and analyze performance campaigns, conduct data analysis, and evaluate the success of various marketing strategies. The role also involves producing performance reports, identifying trends, and working to optimize campaign strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to evaluate campaign metrics and drive strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Performance Management and Performance Testing to support marketing campaign optimization
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with marketing teams and present insights in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools is an advantage
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
