Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversions
Support keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup
Help in creating and testing ad copies and creatives
Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
Stay updated with trends in performance marketing

Eligibility Criteria
Basic knowledge of performance marketing
Familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing
Understanding of Google Analytics
