Job Title: Performance Marketing Intern
Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)
Duration: 6 Months Minimum
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who already has hands-on understanding of running ads on Meta and Google. This role is for someone who can execute, not just learn from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, set up and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and take optimization actions
- Work on audience targeting, budgeting, bidding strategies, and scaling campaigns
- Analyze campaign data and identify areas of improvement
- Coordinate for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Maintain performance reports and track KPIs
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (campaign setup + optimization)
- Clear understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
- Ability to analyze data and take independent decisions
- Good command over Excel/Google Sheets
- Serious about building a career in performance marketing

- Candidates who have already run campaigns (internships / projects / freelance)
- Not for absolute beginners
