Role Description:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven individual to join us as a Performance Marketing Intern (Ads & Lead Generation).
This role focuses on running paid campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and contributing directly to course sales and business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ad Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
Set up and monitor campaigns focused on lead generation.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
- Generate high-quality leads for AI & Automation courses.
- Work on improving lead quality and conversion rates.
- Support in converting leads into potential customers.
Campaign Optimization:
- Optimize campaigns to improve CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI.
- Test different creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting.
- Continuously improve campaign performance.
Funnel & Strategy:
Work on marketing funnels (ads → landing page → lead → sale).
Collaborate on improving ad creatives and messaging.
Suggest strategies to scale campaigns effectively.
Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads / Google Ads.
Interest in performance marketing and growth.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.
Good communication skills.
Self-driven and willing to learn in a startup environment.
Internship Details:
Probation Period: 6 days (performance-based evaluation).
Duration: Minimum 1 month.
Working Hours: 3–5 hours per day.
Mode: Work From Home.
Stipend & Benefits:
Performance-based stipend up to ₹5,000/month.
Hands-on experience in real lead generation and paid marketing.
