About the Role
This isn’t a typical internship. It’s a structured path toward becoming a Performance Marketing Lead.
You’ll work across two core areas:
- AI + Product: Contribute to building intelligent, automated marketing systems
- Performance Marketing: Learn how to scale campaigns across platforms like Meta & Google
You’ll collaborate closely with founders and core teams, working on live campaigns, real budgets, and measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Support planning and execution of campaigns across Meta and Google
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations
- Track and improve funnel metrics—from impressions to conversions
- Assist in A/B testing and creative performance analysis
- Work with product and data teams to enhance automation systems
- Build dashboards and reports for performance tracking
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
- Strong analytical or technical background (B.Tech / MBA preferred)
- Graduating/passed out between 2020–2026
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and dashboards
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (good to have, not mandatory)
- Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, Python, or analytics tools
- High ownership mindset, curiosity, and fast learning ability
