Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing - Head, based in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing various performance marketing channels. Key duties include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, managing budgets, leading a team, collaborating with content and creative teams, tracking campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Market Planning, Marketing Management, and creating strategic marketing roadmaps.
- Managing P&L of Brands - Client servicing & Strategy building
- Experience in conducting Market Research to identify customer trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Proven expertise in Sales strategies and customer acquisition techniques.
- Proficiency in Public Relations and fostering relationships with stakeholders and clients.
- Experience managing performance marketing campaigns and budgets.
- Leadership skills to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making abilities, and familiarity with marketing and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
