Position: Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist

About The Role:
We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist who understands how to turn content, traffic, and campaigns into measurable business outcomes.
This is a hands-on growth role, where you will not only run ads but also drive the content and creative engine behind those ads. You will work directly with the founders to scale a D2C brand across paid and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage budgets and improve ROAS and CAC
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Track performance using pixels, events, and analytics tools
- Scale winning campaigns and cut underperforming ones
2. Content & Creative Strategy (Critical Responsibility)
- Develop content angles for ads and social media
- Write hooks, ad copies, and video concepts
- Work on UGC-style content, reels, and performance creatives
- Collaborate with designers/video editors (or create basic content yourself)
- Ensure content is aligned with conversion goals, not just engagement
3. Social Media Execution (Performance-Led)
- Manage Instagram content (posts, reels, stories)
- Repurpose ad creatives into organic content
- Identify trends and formats that drive reach and conversions
- Track performance metrics (not vanity metrics)
4. Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Improve landing pages and product pages (Shopify)
- Identify drop-offs in user journey and fix them
- Suggest improvements in messaging, layout, and offers
5. SEO Coordination
- Work with external SEO freelancer
- Align content and landing pages with SEO strategy
- Ensure blogs and pages support overall growth goals
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Meta + Google Ads)
- Strong understanding of creatives that convert (this is non-negotiable)
- Ability to think in funnels, CAC, ROAS and not just content or ads separately
- Basic content creation skills (reels, hooks, ad copies)
- Familiarity with D2C brands / Shopify is a strong plus
- Strong ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
