Looking for a founding Performance Marketing Growth Partner for our doctor-backed D2C hair care brand.
What we're looking for:
- Based in Delhi/NCR
- 3+ years of experience
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads
- Someone who has scaled an early-stage brand from 0 to 10, not 10 to 100
- Experience working with early-stage D2C brands
- Beauty, wellness or personal care experience preferred
- Founder mindset. Someone who wants to build, not just manage ads.
This is not a normal salary-based job.
For the first 3–6 months, there will be no fixed salary. After that, compensation will be above market standards, depending on performance.
For the right person, we're offering up to 2–4% equity.
