About the role
We are looking for a highly capable Performance Marketing & Growth Lead to help drive qualified inbound leads and revenue growth for a premium visual storytelling company. This is not a generic ads role. We need someone who understands Google Ads deeply, thinks creatively about positioning and funnels, and can use AI tools intelligently to improve campaign performance, landing pages, research, testing, and reporting.
What you’ll do
- Build and manage high-intent Google Ads campaigns
- Improve lead quality, not just lead volume
- Create and optimize landing pages for different services, geographies, and client segments
- Work on funnel strategy, retargeting, keyword structure, tracking, and conversion improvement
- Use analytics to identify wasted spend and growth opportunities
- Collaborate on messaging, offers, and premium positioning
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and automation workflows to accelerate research, copy variation, reporting, and marketing experimentation
What we’re looking for
- 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, SEM, paid search, and campaign optimization
- Experience with landing pages, CRO, and A/B testing
- Strong understanding of lead generation and B2B marketing
- Comfortable working with analytics and performance reporting
- Commercially minded and able to think about profit, efficiency, and lead quality
- Strong curiosity for AI-native marketing workflows
