We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing & Growth Lead

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & Growth Lead who understands that marketing is not just about activity — it is about performance.
At Wilmarcs, this role is critical. We need someone who can look at digital marketing holistically: from Google Ads and platform performance to landing pages, website behavior, user flow, lead quality, and conversion opportunities.
If you have 3+ years of experience and have successfully worked on campaigns where performance, optimization, and growth mattered, we would like to hear from you.
### You should be able to:
- Run and optimize digital campaigns with clarity and intent
- Build or improve landing pages with conversion in mind
- Analyze how websites and campaigns are performing technically
- Understand where opportunities exist across platforms and how to tap them
- Think beyond impressions and clicks, and focus on real business outcomes
### We’re looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- a strong understanding of landing page performance and user conversion
- analytical thinking and technical marketing awareness
- the ability to connect strategy, execution, and performance
### This role is not for:
- someone focused only on social posting
- someone who only reports vanity metrics
- someone who cannot understand the technical side of marketing performance
### This role is for:
someone who can help build a smarter, sharper, more effective growth system.
