We’re hiring Growth + Performance Marketer at Maebe.
Not just someone to run ads.
Someone who wants to build from 0 → 1.
I’m currently building Maebe — a clean, thoughtful food brand starting with healthy bakery premixes.
We’re at an early stage. Which means:
things move fast,
we test a lot,
and we’re figuring out what truly works.
This role is for you if you:
- Think beyond just media buying
- Understand hooks, creatives, and consumer psychology
- Like testing, failing, and iterating quickly
- Want to build a brand, not just manage campaigns
What you’ll be doing:
- Running and optimizing Meta/Google ads
- Testing creatives and messaging weekly
- Working closely with me on growth experiments
- Helping shape how Maebe reaches and connects with people
Details:
- Location: India (remote works, bonus if Ahmedabad)
- Open to freelancers / part-time / full-time
