About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert with deep expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and solid working knowledge of Google Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget paid campaigns to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle: strategy, audience targeting, ad creation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
- Leverage advanced audience strategies including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based targeting.
- Utilize analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.) to track and report campaign performance.
- Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) as a secondary responsibility.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and new ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
- Allocate and manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale.
- Proven track record of delivering strong ROI/ROAS through paid campaigns.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Google Ads.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setup.
- Familiarity with marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience handling high monthly ad spends.
- Background in e-commerce, D2C, or lead generation campaigns.
- Certifications in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
