Role DescriptionWe are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert (International Markets) for a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.
This role is focused on someone who doesn’t just run campaigns—but drives real business outcomes and sales. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across international markets.
From planning to scaling, your work should directly contribute to revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with design and content teams to create campaigns that are not just creative—but built to convert.
What We’re Looking For- 4+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on driving sales and ROI
- Proven ability to generate revenue through paid campaigns, not just impressions or clicks
- Strong understanding of international audience targeting and scaling campaigns globally
- Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other performance tools
- Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and optimize campaigns for better conversions
- Experience in building and executing marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and overall digital ecosystem
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative teams
Qualifications- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in international markets is a strong advantage
