Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Performance Marketing Expert for B2B operations to join our team on-site at our Secunderābād location. The role involves developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, creating data-driven strategies to optimize lead generation, and enhancing online visibility and engagement. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement marketing strategies, analyze campaign effectiveness, and continually refine tactics to achieve business objectives. This role requires a keen understanding of marketing channels to effectively drive B2B sales and conversions.
What you will do
•Plan and execute end-to-end b2b campaigns across google, meta, linkedin and email
•Build and manage full funnel journeys from awareness to qualified leads and conversions
•Optimise campaigns based on roi, cac and pipeline impact
• Run continuous testing across ads, creatives, landing pages and funnels
•Work closely with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Must have
•3+ years in performance marketing (b2b preferred)
•Handson experience with google ads, meta, linkedin and email campaigns
•Experience working with crm systems such as dynamics, zoho or hubspot
•Ability to show actual campaign performance and results
