We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Expert (Meta Ads)
We're looking to add an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to our growing team at RunMoreAds.
If you enjoy building profitable Meta Ads campaigns, scaling high-ticket offers, and working directly with founders, this could be a great fit.
About RunMoreAds
RunMoreAds helps agency owners, coaches, consultants, and service businesses scale from $10K to $100K/month using our Paid Ads High-Ticket Offer Scaling System.
We build predictable client acquisition systems through Meta Ads, positioning, funnels, and sales, helping businesses grow faster with as little as $10/day in ad spend.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
- Experience managing both Indian and International ad accounts
- Proven experience working with coaches, consultants, agencies, or other high-ticket service businesses
- Strong understanding of offer positioning, creatives, funnels, and campaign scaling
We're not looking for someone who optimises campaigns based only on CPMs and CTRs.
We're looking for someone who understands the complete client acquisition system and can consistently generate profitable results.
If you've built campaigns delivering 10x+ ROAS and have the case studies to back it up, we'd love to speak with you.
