Performance Marketing Expert

The Savage Humans is a growing digital brand from Indore - running a performance marketing agency, a Hindi content platform (Savage Storiess - 300K+ followers), and an e-commerce store.
What You'll Do
- Plan and manage Google Ads - Search, Display, App, Performance Max, YouTube
- Run full-funnel Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram
- Handle conversion tracking - GTM, gtag, Firebase, Meta Pixel, CAPI
- Prepare clear monthly performance reports for clients
Requirements
- 2-3 years minimum hands-on experience in Google and Meta Ads
- Managed monthly budgets of 21L+
- Strong grip on GA4, GTM, and audience building
- Agency background preferred
- Must be based in Indore or willing to relocate — this is a full-time in-office role, not remote or freelance
Good to Have
- Google or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience with Looker Studio, WhatsApp Ads, or
app-based campaigns
