🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Specialist
📍 Pyynk Media | Gurgaon (Sector 66, Spaze Business Park)

At Pyynk Media, we work with brands across real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, and digital content, helping them grow through strategic content and performance-driven marketing.
We’re now looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can take brand growth to the next level through high-impact paid campaigns and data-driven strategies.
What You’ll Work On
- Running and scaling Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Managing Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)
- Running Amazon Ads and marketplace campaigns
- Generating high-quality leads for real estate and hospitality brands
- Driving sales and growth for D2C / FMCG brands
- Scaling YouTube and podcast channel growth
- Optimizing campaigns to deliver 4x–6x ROI wherever possible
- Tracking and improving ROAS, CPL, CPA and conversion performance
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
✔ Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Amazon Ads
✔ Ability to analyze data and scale campaigns effectively
✔ Someone who understands growth, sales funnels, and performance metrics
