Overview: This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative vision, and analytical prowess to drive impactful
performance marketing campaigns that align with the organisational objectives.
Qualification Required:
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Master’s Degree or MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
● Minimum 4 years of experience in Real Estate Performance Marketing (Digital) is must.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing channels like Google Ads, Meta, Analytical tools, CRM tools, etc.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and communicate
effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, assess trends, and derive actionable insights for optimisation.
● Strong task management and task prioritisation skills – ability to manage multiple deadlines seamlessly.
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in
performance marketing strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Campaign Planning and Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute
performance marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
● Budget Management: Oversee and manage the allocation and optimization of digital marketing budgets to
maximize ROI across channels and campaigns.
● Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of digital marketing
campaigns, analyse key metrics, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
● Develop Performance Marketing Strategy: Lead the development of comprehensive performance marketing
strategies aligned with the overall business objectives, spread across digital marketing channels.
● Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate marketing strategies, performance updates, and insights to
senior management and other stakeholders, fostering alignment and support for digital initiatives.
● Integrations: Experience in integrating Google Ads API, Meta API, etc. with CRM systems to synchronize data and
audiences, automate campaign management, optimize bidding strategies, and enable closed-loop reporting for
enhanced targeting, efficiency, and ROI.
● Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital
marketing, and incorporate innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
● Brand Management: Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all digital marketing channels,
maintaining brand integrity and enhancing brand perception.
● Partnership Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to
support performance marketing initiatives and expand the company's digital reach.
● Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards pertaining
to digital marketing practices, while also identifying and mitigating potential risks.
