Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Expert who has strong hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
This role is for someone who understands numbers, funnels, and profitability—not just campaign setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Manage and scale Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram – Lead Gen, Conversion, Retargeting)
- Build and test full-funnel strategies (TOF, MOF, BOF)
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROAS
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, CAPI)
- Analyze data and take decisions based on performance metrics
- Conduct A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages)
- Work closely with design and landing page teams
Requirements
- Proven experience managing real ad budgets (₹1L+/month preferred)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing & funnel strategy
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads (must-have)
- Experience with lead generation and/or ecommerce campaigns
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and tracking setup
- Ability to scale campaigns profitably
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Bonus (Preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience with international clients (US, AU, etc.)
- Knowledge of landing page CRO
- Experience with high-ticket lead generation
- Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or CRM systems
