About The Opportunity

Our Performance Marketing team sits at the heart of revenue acceleration—combining platform intelligence, behavioral analytics, and real-time optimization to drive measurable ROI across paid channels.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms for SaaS clients.
- Build and manage UTM-tagged tracking setups, conversion funnels, and attribution models using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Monitor KPIs (CPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV) daily, identify performance gaps, and implement data-backed bid, audience, and creative optimizations.
- Collaborate with creatives and product teams to A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments for higher conversion yield.
- Automate reporting with Looker Studio or Tableau dashboards to deliver real-time campaign insights and forecasting models.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm shifts, emerging paid media trends, and regulatory changes (e.g., iOS ATT, GA4 migration).
