Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running paid campaigns, analyzing data, optimizing performance, and learning quickly in a growing agency environment.
You will work closely with our team to execute and optimize lead generation campaigns for hospitality and other business categories.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and audiences
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Pixel, and GA4
- Manage daily ad budgets efficiently
- Generate basic performance reports and insights
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content
- Continuously test and improve campaign performance
- Required Skills & Qualifications2-4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
- Practical experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Understanding of lead generation campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Pixel, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with ROAS, CPL, CTR, CPC, and campaign optimization
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze campaign data and take optimization decisions
- Experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with CRM or automation tools is a plus
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
