Brief Job Description
At No Fluff, we do not believe in surface-level marketing. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is eager to learn, execute, and grow in paid media on Meta Ads.
This is a full-time, in-office position at our Mumbai (Bandra) workspace and is ideal for someone who is hands-on in Ads Manager, comfortable working with data, and wants to deepen their craft in audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel-based optimisation.
What You Will Be Doing
Campaign Execution and Support
- Assist in planning, launching, and managing paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager across objectives like Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, and Sales, including campaigns built on Advantage+ Shopping.
- Support campaign objectives, including lead generation, D2C outreach, website traffic, and conversions.
- Build targeting using interest and behavioural segments, custom audiences (website, engagement, customer list), lookalike audiences, and Advantage+ Audience.
- Plan placements across Facebook Feed, Instagram Feed, Reels, Stories, Marketplace, and Audience Network, and decide when to use Advantage+ Placements vs. manual placement selection.
- Work with funnel-based campaign structures (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion).
- Implement bidding strategies under guidance (CBO, ABO, smart bidding, etc.).
- Conduct competitor and market research using tools like Meta Ads Library and platform insights.
Performance Tracking and Optimisation
- Monitor campaigns daily and track core KPIs: CPM, CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Thumbstop Rate, and Hook Rate. Catch dips and opportunities early.
- Assist with A/B testing across creatives, audiences, ad formats, and messaging.
- Help maintain performance reports and dashboards in Meta Ads Manager and GA4.
- Support budget pacing and basic spend tracking to ensure efficiency.
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes - new ad formats, attribution updates, iOS and tracking shifts, and evolving best practices.
Collaboration and Learning
- Brief the creative and content teams on ad copies, hooks, and video/static assets aligned with Meta best practices and platform-native styles.
- Work closely with senior performance marketers to understand strategy, scaling, and optimisation logic.
- Participate in internal reviews, learning sessions, and performance discussions to sharpen craft and contribute ideas.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager - campaign setup, audience building, pixel and event setup, and reporting.
- Familiarity with performance metrics and reporting fundamentals.
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Meta Blueprint certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
