Massive Impact is a specialized digital marketing agency based in Kolkata. It helps businesses grow online. We are looking for a performance-driven marketing professional who can manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and business outcomes. This role focuses on solving client problems through advertising, creative thinking, and data-driven decisions. You will work with content, design, video, and operations to drive measurable growth. 1. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and business outcomes
- Plan, execute, and scale campaigns based on performance data and testing insights
- Track and improve key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on ad spend
- Build, analyze, and improve complete marketing funnels from ads to landing pages to CRM systems
- Ensure proper conversion tracking setup including pixels, events, and integrations
- Collaborate with design and video teams to create high-converting creatives and short-form video ads
- Contribute to content strategy and distribution for better performance and reach
- Use AI tools to improve ad copy, research, targeting, and workflow efficiency
- Analyze campaign data using GA4 and reporting tools to generate actionable insights
- Identify performance issues and take ownership of solving them with clear solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve campaign strategy
- Align with SEO, content, and social media teams to ensure unified marketing efforts
- Maintain regular communication with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Handle client communication through reports, Slack, and email updates
- Participate in client performance meetings and present insights clearly
- Take ownership of campaign performance and drive measurable client growth
- Scale successful campaigns and continuously test new ideas and strategies
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and adherence to project deadlines
- Apply CRO strategies when required to improve landing page and funnel performance
- Build and improve workflows, systems, and processes to increase efficiency and quality
- Take leadership ownership of projects and guide team members when required
- Create case studies based on successful campaigns and results
- Contribute to creation of short-form and long-form content for organic marketing
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Develop ad angles, hooks, and messaging based on customer behavior
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently
- Document campaign learnings and contribute to internal knowledge systems
- Execute campaigns quickly and iterate based on real-time performance
- Take ownership of campaign decisions using data and insights
- Present performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
2. Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing with focus on lead generation (preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads, Whatsapp ads (preferred)
- Understanding of conversion tracking, funnels, and attribution
- Experience with tools such as GA4, Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management systems
- Whatsapp Automations
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Client communication skills (required)
- Can handle 10+ clients (with the help of a team)
- Creating custom solutions with AI as per needs
3. Tools Used:
- Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4 and Data Studio
- SEMrush, Ahrefs, Zutrix
- Notion, Slack, Zoho
- Zapier and automation tools
- AI tools for marketing and workflow optimization
- GHL, Vapi, etc (advantage)
4. Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in Google Ads
Overall Qualification: A result portfolio required
Social Presence: Any social media/LinkedIn presence required.
