About the Role
Adwings Immigrations is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in the immigration sector. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to generate high-quality, high-intent leads while maintaining cost efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the immigration customer journey and can consistently deliver measurable campaign performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesMeta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Build custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Google Ads
- Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize bidding strategies.
- Improve Quality Score and campaign performance.
- Manage budgets and maximize return on ad spend.
LinkedIn Ads
- Execute campaigns targeting working professionals and corporate audiences.
- Generate qualified leads through audience segmentation and campaign optimization.
Performance & Analytics
- Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and platform analytics.
- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with the sales team to improve conversions.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements to landing pages and conversion funnels.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads
- Experience running LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, and event tracking
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Budget management and campaign optimization expertise
- Understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion optimization
Mandatory Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing within the Immigration Industry
- Proven success generating leads for:
- Permanent Residency (PR)
- Study Abroad
- Tourist Visas
- Global Mobility Services
- Experience managing campaigns independently across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Strong focus on both lead quality and lead volume
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Meta Certification (Preferred)
