A fast-scaling player in the Ecommerce & Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) retail sector focused on growing online revenue and lifetime customer value through data-driven paid acquisition, retention, and conversion optimisation. We run high-volume campaigns to acquire repeat customers and scale product-led growth across Indian and international markets.
Role:
Performance Marketing Executive (Ecommerce/D2C) — On-site (India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise end-to-end paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok to achieve CAC, ROAS and CVR targets.
- Manage daily campaign operations: keyword strategy, audience segmentation, bid strategies, budget pacing and creative testing.
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests for creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rate and average order value.
- Implement and maintain tracking (GTM, UTMs, server/client-side tagging); validate data flows to GA4 and attribution platforms.
- Build performance dashboards and deliver clear, actionable insights to growth, product and creative teams to iterate quickly.
- Collaborate with creative and merchandising to scale high-performing campaigns during launches, sales and retention flows.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
- Proven experience managing paid acquisition for Ecommerce or D2C brands with measurable ROAS/CAC improvements.

Preferred
- TikTok Ads
- Experience with attribution modelling and LTV-driven bidding strategies
- Basic SQL or experience building dashboards in Looker Studio / similar BI tools
