Performance Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and retention marketing, preferably from a D2C/FMCG background.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for performance and scaling
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, and campaign performance metrics
• Support retention activities including WhatsApp, email, and customer engagement campaigns
• Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
• Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Basic understanding of retention marketing and customer lifecycle
• Prior experience in D2C/FMCG brands preferred
• Strong analytical and execution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience: 2–3 Years
