Performance Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and retention marketing, preferably from a D2C/FMCG background.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns for performance and scaling
* Monitor ROAS, CAC, and campaign performance metrics
* Support retention activities including WhatsApp, email, and customer engagement campaigns
* Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives
* Analyze campaign data and share actionable insights
Requirements:
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
* Basic understanding of retention marketing and customer lifecycle
* Prior experience in D2C/FMCG brands preferred
* Strong analytical and execution skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
