About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven and results-obsessed Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing agency. You'll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn — driving measurable results for a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for key metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPL, and conversions
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize ad efficiency
- Write and coordinate ad copies and creatives with the design team for A/B testing
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations for clients
- Manage and allocate ad budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns
- Stay up to date with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices
- Identify growth opportunities and scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance/paid marketing, preferably in an agency
- Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong understanding of funnel strategy, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel setup & tracking
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make quick optimization decisions
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets across multiple clients
- Strong communication skills for client reporting and coordination
Nice to Have
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification
- Experience with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, or Zapier
- Basic understanding of SEO and landing page optimization
- Knowledge of UTM tracking and conversion tracking setup
