Salary: 18,000 to 24,000 per month
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with at least 1 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and lead generation campaigns, preferably from hospitality, restaurant, food delivery, or retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run and manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CPA, ROAS & conversions
• Generate restaurant walk-ins through paid marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with restaurant managers for campaign tracking & feedback
• Track calls, leads, and customer inquiries generated from ads
• Monitor ad performance and prepare reports
• Assist in audience targeting, remarking & campaign optimization
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
• Understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and campaign scaling
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
