What We’re Looking For

• The Foundation: 2–3 years in Performance Marketing with structured, formal training in Google Ads/Meta from a recognized coaching institute or school.
• The Brain: A technical or science background. We need someone with strong logical facilities—you look at a data anomaly and see a solution, not a mystery.
• The Hunger: You want an opportunity to grow fast and are ready to bring that level of Hunger to the table. You want to play in the big leagues.
• The Skill: Clear, concise communication. We will handle the "CXO-level" polish; you bring the clarity and the data.
