Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and e-commerce marketplaces to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should be data-driven, analytical, and experienced in managing performance campaigns with measurable ROI.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Management
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
- Manage campaign budgets and monitor daily performance.
Marketplace Performance Marketing
- Manage advertising campaigns on marketplaces such as:
- Amazon Ads
- Flipkart Ads
- Optimize product listings and sponsored campaigns to improve conversions.
Campaign Optimization
- Continuously optimize campaigns for:
- ROAS
- CPA
- CTR
- Conversion Rate
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and targeting.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Ads Manager dashboards
- Marketplace analytics tools
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Strategy & Growth
- Identify new growth opportunities across paid channels.
- Work with creative teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Improve funnel performance from awareness to conversion.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Amazon Ads / Marketplace Ads
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics tools
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads / Meta certification is a plus.
- Experience working with D2C or e-commerce brands preferred.
