Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about numbers, growth, and experimentation. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive leads, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Manage daily performance of ad accounts including budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments
- Perform keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
- Optimize funnels and landing pages for better conversion rates
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams for ad assets
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in performance or paid digital marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of funnels, attribution, and user behavior
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Good communication and reporting skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, or native ads
- Experience in lead generation for B2B or service-based businesses
- Knowledge of CRO tools, heatmaps, or landing page builders
- Agency experience is a plus
