- Hiring: Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role
We’re looking for a performance marketer who thinks beyond dashboards.
This role is not about just running ads — it’s about understanding why ads work. You should be able to combine data, creativity, and consumer psychology to drive real business outcomes.
If you only know how to set campaigns, this role is not for you. If you understand hooks, audience behaviour, and the full ads ecosystem, you’ll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop performance-driven strategies aligned with client goals (leads, sales, brand lift)
- Write and refine ad copies, hooks, and angles based on consumer psychology
- Analyze campaign performance and take data-backed decisions to improve ROI
- Understand and manage the entire funnel — from creative to conversion
- Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad creatives that convert
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement and monitor tracking systems (Pixel, GA4, conversion tracking)
- Work on SEO fundamentals — keyword research, on-page optimization, basic technical understanding
- Stay updated with changes in the digital ads ecosystem (algorithms, policies, trends)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Working knowledge of SEO (on-page, keyword strategy, basic technical SEO)
- Deep understanding of:
- Consumer psychology
- Buying behavior
- Hooks, angles, and messaging
- Ability to connect creatives with performance
- Comfortable with numbers, but also creative in thinking
- Knows that:
- CTR is not everything
- Creative fatigue is real
- Funnels matter more than campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills to explain strategy and performance
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with real estate / lead generation campaigns
- Understand landing page optimization & CRO
- Have experience scaling ad accounts beyond ₹1L/month budgets
- Can audit and improve underperforming campaigns independently
