Job Overview:We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 4–5 years of experience to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with ad platforms, and a proven track record of driving ROI and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
- Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Track and report KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and new marketing opportunities
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
- Ensure proper tracking setup using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
Requirements:- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Good understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics and Excel
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering strong ROI
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and email marketing
